Initially working with Austin, we were able to define our requirements, scope of the project, type and quality of materials and final cost.
Overcoming a 3 months delay in getting Council approval, Austin made good on his promise to have the Pagoda installed by Christmas. The first tradesman arrived on the 8th of December and 15 days later the Pagoda was complete other than final wiring and ceiling lining, which was completed in a couple of days after Christmas. However we could enjoy the Pagoda over Christmas and our guest were delighted with the addition to our house.
The trades literally dove tailed into each other to complete their section of work which was to the highest standards. Uniquely the workers were not only top class tradesmen but extremely pleasant people to work with. It speaks volume that Austin is able to attract such a high calibre of trades people to work for him.
Overall we are extremely pleased with the Pagoda, the quality achieved and have received complimentary remarks from visitors and neighbours alike.

Austin Developments did a large decking and Patio project at our place in Mosman Park. We haven’t done this type of thing before so they were very open to discuss different ideas and gave good insight based on previous projects they had completed. When the decking was constructed they were open to do little add-ons and tweaks to ensure we were happy with the end result. It’s been a very positive experience.
